- If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to The Full Experience within 24 hours of check-in. email@example.com
- The Full Experience will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
- Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.
- Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

PREPAID HOTEL RESERVATIONS
You acknowledge that The Full Experience, LLC pre-negotiate certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations. You also acknowledge that The Full Experience, LLC provide you services to facilitate such booking of reservations for a consideration (the “facilitation fee”). The room rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by The Full Experience, LLC and the facilitation fee retained by The Full Experience, LLC for their services. You authorize The Full Experience, LLC to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, service fees, and where applicable, taxes on The Full Experience, LLC services. You agree that your credit card will be charged by The Full Experience, LLC for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize The Full Experience, LLC to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers.
You acknowledge that except as provided below with respect to tax obligations on the amounts we retain for our services, The Full Experience, LLC do not collect taxes for remittance to applicable taxing authorities. The tax recovery charges on prepaid hotel transactions are a recovery of the estimated taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc.) that the The Full Experience, LLC pay to the hotel supplier for taxes due on the hotel’s rental rate for the room.
You may not book reservations for more than 4 rooms online for the same hotel/stay dates. If we determine that you have booked reservations for more than 4 rooms in total in separate reservations, we may cancel your reservations, and charge you a cancellation fee, if applicable. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to book reservations for 5 or more rooms, you must contact The Full Experience, LLC group travel specialists by phone at (855) 475-7467 ext. 702. One of our group travel specialists will research your request and contact you to complete your reservation. You may be asked to sign a written contract and/or pay a nonrefundable deposit.
Some hotel suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by The Full Experience, LLC for your hotel booking.
We are The Full Experience LLC and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Full Experience LLC. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services
Deposits and Payment
We require payment in full to guarantee your reservation. Any deposits made from you are non-refundable. All payments are made directly with us, The Full Experience LLC, we collect payment in full and then send the hotel / property the amount they sold us their products / services minus our fees and percentages. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers. **** Please Note: All prices are subject to change and are based on availability. ****
Since we are acting as your Booking Agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full.
Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee should you make a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy.
Use of our Services and Website
You agree you will only use our website or services to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not make speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or reservations in anticipation of demand. You will only use our website and services in compliance with applicable law.
Without our prior written permission, you may not (a) access, monitor or copy any content or information on our website using any “robot”, “spider” or other automated or manual device or program, (b) deep link to any portion of our website, or (c) “frame” or incorporate any portion of our website into any other website.
Our website may contain links to third party websites that we provide only as a convenience to you. You should take precautions to ensure that whatever links you access are free of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive mechanisms The existence of these links does not imply that we endorse such websites or any included content. We are not responsible for such websites or content or any data privacy practices of such websites.
BANK AND CREDIT CARD FEES
Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of the United States on a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website. In addition, a foreign transaction fee may be assessed if the bank that issued your credit card is located outside of the United States. Booking international travel may be considered to be an international transaction by the bank or card company, since The Full Experience, LLC may pass on your payment to an international travel supplier. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction.
